These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the gohominfiber.com website operated by GOHOMIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ("GOHOMIN FIBER", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
All optical fiber cables and related products are manufactured to the applicable IEC and international standards. Specifications, fiber counts, structures and mechanical ratings shown on this website are for reference. Final technical parameters are confirmed in the written quotation and purchase contract for each order.
Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to raw-material price movement, specification and quantity. An order becomes binding only when we issue a written sales confirmation. Customized products (fiber count, jacket, armor, length) are produced to the confirmed specification and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Payment terms follow our published Payment policy (typically T/T wire transfer or L/C). Ownership and risk of goods pass according to the agreed Incoterm stated in the sales confirmation.
Lead times are estimated from order confirmation and depend on specification and the production schedule at the time of order. We will keep you informed of the production and shipping status. Delivery dates given at quotation stage are indicative until confirmed.
Please inspect goods on receipt and notify us of any visible damage or shortage within the period stated in the sales confirmation, supported by photographs and the packing list, so that we can arrange replacement or compensation in line with the contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from installation, operation or maintenance that does not follow the product documentation and applicable standards.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution clause of the relevant sales contract.
